Certified Physician Assistant

Brandon Hanson

Brandon, a certified Physician Assistant, has been with our practice since 2013, but has worked in healthcare for years prior. While attending Ricks College at BYU-Idaho, he worked as a physical therapy technician at Madison Memorial Hospital and as an athletic trainer for BYU-Idaho.

Brandon then went on to complete his Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies at Idaho State University. Brandon accepted a position as a PA-C in American Fork, Utah, working primarily in orthopedics and sports medicine over the course of four years. While in Utah, Brandon also worked with the Army National Guard’s Soldier Readiness Program to ensure soldiers were ready for deployment, as well as a provider at an urgent care center on the weekends.

When Brandon discovered Orthopedic Specialists of Idaho (formerly Biddulph, Huntsman and Dalling Orthopedic Surgery) was hiring in 2013, he jumped at the opportunity to join our practice and return to Idaho.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys vacationing with his family, camping, and participating in sporting events. He loves attending BYU sporting events and watching the Jazz play.
